Firstly they given option to all employees to select anyone healthcare policies from two options i.e. Dharmaveer Anand Dighe Medical Reimbursement Scheme or Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana. Also another big insurance cover is provided of 1 crore rupees in case of accident.
Also one big offer is declared by CM that all the retired employees and also their spouse will get 12 months free travel pass. Which will benefit approximately 35k retired employees. Also CM Generated new hope and business growth of MSRTC, by Logistics and More transport businesses.
