From long time we are seeing rumor news regarding UPI payments will be charged. To avoid panic in public and to avoid reduction in UPI transactions Finance ministry given official statement regarding the same. Ministry of Finance’s Official tweet on UPI transaction is given below.
Government of India and ministry again states that we are always promoting the UPI Transactions. News regarding the UPI charges is completely baseless. Also warning is given to all such institute to avoid such Spam rumors. Also as per the UPI transactions data India crossed biggest transactions of 64.4 crore on 1 June 2025 and it crossed to 65 crore on next day. It means that we are definitely growing in UPI transactions.
UPI Payments Era and PM Modi
As per the latest data India is becoming the fastest growing UPI nation in world. As per the records and data in March 2025 India made 1830 crore UPI transactions of 24.77 Crore which is record breakable. As per this data soon India will be the highest UPI nation in the world.
In the last 11 years of Modi’s government he used very well the technology, AI and all digital partners for improving UPI transactions. Now a days we can see every small Indian even a auto driver also carrying a QR code for passengers transactions. It means that we are now believing and trusting on Online UPI payments.
